Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser

This is a vegan, cruelty-free milk cleanser that claims to gently remove impurities and dirt while maintaining skin’s hydration level. Enriched with Yam Root Extract, Phyto Mucin Complex and also formulated with Vegan Complex (Rice, Soybean, Oat, Coconut and Sweet Almond extracts).

I prefer foaming cleansers but, this one has become a fave during night time when I get home from work. My daily daytime routine includes one serum, sunscreen, some bbcream & gel blush. I retouch with translucent powder. Add pollution, dust and other unidentified particles in the air. Lol. End of day, this cleanser removes all that. 😁 Works well, for me.


Texture is viscous, but melts gradually as u massage it on skin. No lather, no bubbles, even when I add water. Thats ok coz it achieves its purpose well, and thats why I love it. No alcohol, fragrance and EOs.


I also like that this is easy to wash off, doesnt irritate my eyes, and leaves no filmy residue on the skin surface. No irritation, no itch experienced. It is gentle and nourishing enough for me, and I am delighted that my skin feels soft and moisturized after use.

📌Isntree Tips:

- For pore care, mix the cleansing milk with clay mask in the ratio 6:4.

- For heavy makeup, the brand recommends use of lip&eye makeup remover first, before this cleansing milk.

Isntree Puffy Face Fit Cooling Mask

This cutie is a depuffing mask that claims to decrease puffiness of face, and give immediate cooling effect. Enriched with Naju Pear Fruit Extract (depuffs skin), and contains Xylitol, Xylitylglucoside and Anhydroxylitol (the moisturizing trio called Aquaxyl) to cool down irritated skin. Also happy that this has Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydrolyzed HA, Panthenol and Ceramide NP.


Material is made from a mixture of bamboo fabric and egg white powder. The sheet is not too thin, but soft. I like that it holds the essence well, and doesnt dry fast even if I leave it on for a little more than 20mins. The mask clings to my face like a lover and doesnt slide off, so Im happy with that.


The essence viscosity is maybe 3/10 - runny, lightweight, and easily absorbed. Can feel slightly tacky (yeah, tolerable) when I apply all the remaining essence to my face. When I take it off and the sheet is still moist - I massage that gently on my neck and shoulders. No alcohol, fragrance and EOs.


This mask is a winner for soothing and cooling. It feels sooo good on skin that I forget my problems for a bit and chill, lol. It hydrates well and leaves my oily skin moisturized and a lil dewy.

I am delighted with that cool, refreshing feeling - it helps make my face look and feel less puffy. Love it.

My Wishtrend 1st Collab

Completed the first collab form end of August, and received my Wishtrend package just after a week. Thank you!😗 It was hard to choose the 2 products that I would like to review first for the initial collab. When you have a long list of promising skincare from good brands in front of you - its kinda hard to decide, so I checked my stash to see what I need right now. Ive ran out of watery toners, and I want a new cleanser, so here we are.
