GoPicky x Isntree Review Event  Aah. September. Sigh. Time flies. Anyways. Im happy to be part of this review event. Thank you again GoPicky and Isntree 😗 Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser This is a vegan, cruelty-free milk cleanser that claims to gently remove impurities and dirt while maintaining skin’s hydration level. Enriched with Yam Root Extract, Phyto Mucin Complex and also formulated with Vegan Complex (Rice, Soybean, Oat, Coconut and Sweet Almond extracts). I prefer foaming cleansers but, this one has become a fave during night time when I get home from work. My daily daytime routine includes one serum, sunscreen, some bbcream & gel blush. I retouch with translucent powder. Add pollution, dust and other unidentified particles in the air. Lol. End of day, this cleanser removes all that. 😁 Works well, for me. Texture is viscous, but melts gradually as u massage it on skin. No lather, no bubbles, even when I add water. Thats ok coz it achieves its purpose well, and that

GoPicky x Isntree Review Event Hello, #SPFridays. Here are my thoughts about Isntree's two popular sunscreens. Happy I got to try them. Enjoyed both formulations - the gel, if I want to wear bbcream on top, and the cream for simple zero bbcream days.  Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel SPF50+ PA++++ Love the key ingredients - 8 types Hyaluronic Acid, Astaxanthin, Niacinamide and Ceramide NP. Add Centella Asiatica Extract to soothe irritated skin, and Fig Fruit Extract to soften skin texture. Good to know that it has no alcohol, fragrance and EOs. Lightweight gel cream that is soft and spreads easily. It doesnt feel sticky, and it absorbs nicely on skin. I like that it moisturizes okay for me even when I use it solo, but I still prefer applying a serum  before this. The finish is slightly dewy but not greasy, and leaves no whitecast. Yayyy!   2nd Qtr Wishtrend Review KLAIRS Fundamental Ampule Mist Dyou like mists, too? This #crueltyfree and #veganfriendly ampule mist from dear,Klairs claims to provide outstanding moisturization even after spraying. Made with Jeju Green Tea Water, Cucumber, Rice, Okra, Laminaria Japonica Extract and moisture-locking Trehalose. 💚 thoughts & experience (ymmv): 3-4 sprays for my big face after shower and after toner. Its watery, but a little tacky for me. Kinda expected that because its an ampule mist. Takes some time to absorb, so I pat it in. This isnt a fine mist, but I am glad that the nozzle doesnt just "spit" out the product - this one covers a wide area and sprays evenly. I only use this at home. Oily skin girl here cant do the spray-anytime-anywhere thing with this mist because this leaves a dewy finish that feels a bit tacky. I can tolerate a lil tackiness when Im just at home, but I dont like that feeling when Im out and about under this hot and humid weather. This nu

  2nd Qtr Wishtrend Review KLAIRS Freshly Juiced Vitamin E Mask My favorite among the goodies I received this quarter from Wishtrend 😙 This mask from dear,Klairs claims to help achieve a brighter, firmer and more hydrated skin. I like that the key ingredients - antioxidant Vitamin E and brightening Niacinamide - are actually on top of the IL. Plus, the hydrating Sodium Hyaluronate. 💛 thoughts & experience (ymmv): Do I love it? Yes, yas, yes. This is my moisturizer-slash-sleeping pack at night.  I sometimes use it during daytime, but only on weekends when I dont have to go to work. The texture is a bouncy, pudding-like gel cream that is lightweight and easily absorbed. I would, at times, apply a second layer because, why not? The finish is a little tacky, but I dont really mind coz Im going to bed anyways. Moisturizing? Yes. Hydrating? Yes. That goodness lasts long hours til morn. I wake up with soft and plump skin. I also like that it helps brighten my skin with consistent use. M

2nd Qtr Wishtrend Review BY WISHTREND Pure Vitamin C 21.5% Advanced Serum Promising, but I only used this for about 2 weeks because, it has already oxidized a bit when I received the package. The product leaked even if the bottle was intact and tightly sealed. Culprit was probably pressure during transit. Sad, but I decided to still give it a try. This #WellAging serum claims to remove dead cells to even out the skin tone, and brighten the complexion. Key ingredients are 70% Vitamin Tree Water, and 21.5% Pure Vitamin C. Happy to know that this also contains Sodium Hyaluronate and Panthenol. 💚 thoughts & experience (ymmv): The serum has already turned to a light yellow liquid when I started using it because of what happened during shipping. Probably due to pressure. Probably due to temperature. Im not sure. Anyways. This has a watery texture that is easily absorbed, and non-tacky. Has a slight metal-like scent that I dont mind. Will continue to use them, and share more feedback soon. Revitalizing Facial Cleansing Foam - This cleansing foam produces a fine and rich lather that I enjoy. Gentle and soothing on skin. Doesnt leave my skin dry after wash. My skin just feels clean, clear and fresh. - Key ingredients: Hyaluronic Acid, Cypress Leaf Water from Jeju, Madecassoside Extract. Phytoncide Peeling Gel - Used this Saturday and it was satisfying. Felt good to massage this gently on skin. Washed it off with warm water after about 2mins. Glad there was no irritation, redness after use. No sting. My skin felt soft, and looked a bit smoother with all those dead skin cells removed.
