KLAIRS Midnight Blue Calming Cream


R u enjoying the summer weather? Im not. Lol. 😂 The heat is annoying and it doesnt make my skin feel so good - its dehydration and breakout season for me. Add rashes, haha. But hey, thats just me. If you love this season, please do enjoy.

This cream from Klairs is a savior in this weather. Claims to instantly calm and soothe skin. Contains Guaiazulene, a natural component extracted from Chamomile Oil with powerful calming effects, and Centella Asiatica that hydrates the skin and relieves redness.

I like this cream very much, thank you. 😁 It delivers all the calm that my skin needs. Gentle and very soothinggg. Plus, I love that it feels cool on skin the moment I apply it. This slightly "cold" effect doesnt last that long, but its an instant relief that I find helpful.

Besides keeping my skin calm, I also like that this cream hydrates and moisturizes my oily skin well.

I find this a good partner to my skincare with chemical xfoliants, too.

The texture is one more thing to love. Its like a jelly cream that is soft and lightweight. Non-tacky, absorbs easily, and spreads smoothly on skin without tugging. Doesnt make my skin feel greasy.

I also like that this contains Ceramide NP, Sodium Hyaluronate and lotsa Peptides.

Just a heads up to babes with dry skin, this "may not provide enough moisturization" so its recommended to use this cream "as a supplement following a moisturizing cream". (From Klairs' FAQs)

Im happy with this calming, jelly soft cream. It soothes and hydrates my skin well - just what I need this summer.

A Promising Vit C Serum

2nd Qtr Wishtrend Review BY WISHTREND Pure Vitamin C 21.5% Advanced Serum Promising, but I only used this for about 2 weeks because, it has already oxidized a bit when I received the package. The product leaked even if the bottle was intact and tightly sealed. Culprit was probably pressure during transit. Sad, but I decided to still give it a try. This #WellAging serum claims to remove dead cells to even out the skin tone, and brighten the complexion. Key ingredients are 70% Vitamin Tree Water, and 21.5% Pure Vitamin C. Happy to know that this also contains Sodium Hyaluronate and Panthenol. 💚 thoughts & experience (ymmv): The serum has already turned to a light yellow liquid when I started using it because of what happened during shipping. Probably due to pressure. Probably due to temperature. Im not sure. Anyways. This has a watery texture that is easily absorbed, and non-tacky. Has a slight metal-like scent that I dont mind. I bought this some time ago because the NASA logo got me curious. Yeah, the marketing worked on me. I also bought the Solarbiome™ Primer.
